problem of " no output available"

I have just tried to install lsr on OpenSolaris.

When I startup LSR by typing :
> lsr -p user
lsr shows me follow messages;
> Linux Screen Reader ver. 0.5.1 rev. Thu May 10 07:48:27 GMT 2007
> Copyright (c) 2005, 2007 IBM Corporation
> GTK Accessibility Module initialized
> [Device WARNING 2007-05-10 15:56:00,415] no output available

I have ever setup gnome-speech, and not understand why LSR can not find 
output device :(

Is there any way to configure LSR's device ?

PS: I also have ORCA installed, and it runs well and speak well.
