Initial Comment:
This patch provides an implementation of textreader. 
A few points needs to be discussed I think : 
- member functions names: I used the names present in 
the XmlTextReader of C#, since it is were it comes 
from. However it does not respect the convention we 
used in the rest of the API, with lower case letters 
and underscores. 
- do we include it in version 1.0 of libxml++ ? This 
would force users to use libxml2 2.6.1 at least. 
- the implementation is not complete: I still need to 
implement the input buffer stuffs.
