Summary: Correct comments in saxparser files

Initial Comment:
The comments describing the getEntity callbacks say you
must overload the callback, but the correct term for
replacing a virtual function in a subclass is to
override. Patch replaces overload with override. It
also corrects the file name in the comment at the very
start of saxparser.h
