I think moderation of all non-member posts is the default. Also you'll
probably find that most people think that your use of a reply-to is wrong
(but you've probably already seen the warning when you changed it). Or maybe
you didn't make those changes.

Tell me if you need any specific help - I moderate several other mailing
lists.
