I already did the changes in DomParser,

What would be the best way to commit them?

The easiest way for me is to send the entire changed source tree, since
there are also other small fixes elswhere to compile without errors and
warnings on win32.

on that accord, would it be terrible to change the extension from .cc to
.cpp?
