I uploaded the changed files to the patch manager.
please replace the .opt in cvs since there was an example added and this
sets working directory
Makefile.am needed updating too

I see. When I applied the patch I renamed pinode.cc to
processinginstructionnode.cc. Since I don't have VS I forgot to correct the
project files.
If someone using VS could propose a patch, I'd be glad.
