[libxml++] 0.24 not compiling in VS6

Hey guys,
Sorry I was unable to test this until this weekend, I was pulled off the 
project that I would like to use libxml++ for, for a week. Anyway, I am 
unable to compile 0.24 in visual studio. It says it can't open pinode.cc and 
therefore can't build. I searched and that file is nowhere in the release.
