Yes there will be a 1.0. It should have the 0.18.0 API (debugged if needed),
unless bugs force us to change it.
We had no bugreport on 0.18.0 since it's release, so I think that by the
beginning of febuary I will release it under 1.0.0, and consider it a API
stable.
Further enhancements will be done on a new branch, probably 1.1.
