Summary: new node types support

Initial Comment:
this patch adds ContentNode which is the base for all 
non-element type nodes. see XML_GET_CONTENT and 
XML_GET_LINE in libxml/tree.h for the logic in that. (the 
content pointer serves as line number in element).
It is quite safe to return ContentNode as a default node 
type even if no specific types are defined.
