[Libxmlplusplus-general] Deep directory structure

Before you split the source/header files up, you need to use a deep
directory structure, such as:

libxml++/
  libxml++/
    libxml++.h
    something.h
    something.cc
  examples/
    example1/
    example2/
  docs/

I can do this for you if you give me the go-ahead.
