https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=334021 has some old patches
based on a proposed gnutls API that was never accepted. (Or maybe the
new gnutls API actually is that old proposed gnutls API? Not sure.) I'm
sure they don't apply cleanly any more but you should be able to figure
it out.

(I'm assuming you mean you're going to hack up your local version of
libsoup, not that you want this to be in the released version.)
