If you build the documentation in docs/reference/, there's now a "Soup
Server Basics" page (server-howto.xml in the source). Unfortunately the
online version of the docs at developer.gnome.org hasn't been updated
with this yet...

I'm still hoping to rewrite it at some point, but there's no timeframe
for that. Also, I've started to think that I might be able to do it in a
backward-compatible way (by just adding a new set of APIs to SoupServer
and marking the old ones deprecated), in which case it's likely that
some of the documentation would still apply to the new API.

Anyway, it's up to you. If you write the docs, I'm happy to take them.
