[sigc] Deprecate signal<>::slots() ?

Does anyone actually use sigc::signal<>::slots() to iterate over
connected slots or to remove or add connected slots?

I'm thinking of deprecating it, and removing it from libsigc++-3.0. It
would reduce some need to keep track of object lifetimes.
