This MSVC version number is what's reported by 'about' in Visual Studio
2005 - Standard Edition

Trawling the web suggests that this bug still exists.

I only ever got to work with VS.Net 2003, I'm not quite sure about the
release numbering of old msvc versions but I think that 7.0.9466 is the
'original' VS.Net. OP, I think you'll have to upgrade.
