It's not completely bug-free, but obviously the open bugs are not so
serious that anyone has worked on them. Mostly it just works well
enough.

That was my impression as well. At least so far it has worked
perfectly for the simple test apps I've written.

Any idea when the next update/bug-fix release is due? Not that it
seems to be much needed, just currious :-)

I hope this is because our documentation is good enough and because it's
a small simple API.

For the basic things, the documentation is indeed good. I've not moved
much beyond the first 3 chapters in the tutorial docs and the
rebinding stuff from chapter 4, but up to now I've certainly been
happy with the docs and example programs.

It's a dependency of gtkmm, and part of the GNOME Platform Bindings
release sets. It's not going to stop working, and if it did, there's
lots of people who would need to fix it.

That's good to know. Makes me a lot more comfortable making my own
projects depend on the library.

If I run into problems that I'm able to fix I'll make sure to send patches.
