In the release notes, and in your emails, please try to specify the MSVC++
[1] version more exactly. "MSVC" means almost nothing, because the
differences are so great.

I wouldn't expect libsigc++ 2 to ever build with MSVC++ 6, but I'd expect
it to build with some later versions.
