The `configure` script for libpeas-0.5.5 requires that the version of
gobject-introspection be at least 0.9.0 and the version of GTK+ be at
least 3. On which features does libpeas depend that are not available
in the gobject-introspection 0.6.x series and the GTK+ 2.x series?
