OK.

Try this:
$ gsettings set org.gnome.latexila.preferences.editor reopen-files false

The files previously opened will not be reopened at startup. If latexila 
starts correctly in this case, try to open a file.

With the two first critical messages and the list of functions in the 
backtrace, it was sufficient to locate precisly in the code where the 
problem begins.
