I am happy to offer a deadline extension until Thursday, May 31^st at 5PM. Our spring sale is going on until the end of the month so I can lock in these rates for another week for you. Hopefully this will give your team enough time!

 

Once the contract is signed, I will send you an invoice for payment. You are able to pay by card through our client portal. You are more than welcome to pay by check if that is easier.

So yesterday was our board meeting and we had submitted our budget for the conference and the total costs with the venue and various other things.  So, the board members are currently evaluating everything.  We don't see a problem with approval, but it might take a couple of days.  Our current contract I think has today as the deadline.

 

They said they will have an answer by Tuesday next week.  The directors are all volunteers so all of them have different life loads that they have to juggle.  But I have impressed on them on the urgency.

 

In the meanwihle, let's talk about how we can pay for the venue.  Would you be able to accept paypal or something like a debit card?  Let me know what would work best for you?
