Hi everyone, 

It sounds like the best time to meet next week on Wednesday, May 16th at 20:00 UTC, after that we'll try to meet bi-weekly on Wednesdays at that time unless otherwise needed. Please make sure you know when 20:00 UTC is for you. Time and Date has a cool meeting planner feature [1] to help with this. :)

Hi All, 

Since we have a pretty compressed timeline for planning LAS, we need to start meeting regularly. Let's start with bi-weekly meetings at first, until we are closer to the event date. 

Please fill out this framadate meeting poll [1] with a time that would work for you next week and also for ongoing meetings. 

For those of you new to framadate, you should fill out as many times are you can and keep scrolling right... framadate can be a bit buggy at times, but it's pretty good nonetheless. :)
