Hey Sri, here is the prospectus we worked on before: LAS Sponsorship Opportunities. You may want to at least use the table from there. 

We should also look at North Bay Python's brochure (also attached as a PDF), for inspiration. They did an AMAZING job putting on a 1st time conference and had over 200 people participate.

Yeah, I didnt complete it.  I sort of left it hanging.  But we have a pretty good range from $250 - $5000.

We probably need to look at it again.

Finally, I'm sort of thinking we should charge for registration, not to recoup costs, but to ensure commitment on coming for people who are local.
