This is rev0, I tried to make it a little more compelling than last time.  We probably want to add elements from the 2017 Stanford LAS prospectus that Nuritzi put together in August or so. 

I didn't really do all of the sponsorship as I wasn't sure if we need to have a discussion on it.  My attempt here is to just do the design and we can add and change the content as we go.
