Corey, the guy who works with DSI Stream (internet provider) is going to be bringing some mics and go-pro cameras so that we can record the talks for no extra cost.  He's trying to get some camera stands.  I actually have one, so we probably need only one more.

There is a possibility to stream live, but Corey feels more comfortable just recording it and then releasing it the next day.  So I think that is pretty cool that we were able to have that ability.  I had written it off as something we couldn't do.  Funny how things just show up organically like that.

Corey is also going to have a new contract brought up where in writing they will guarantee Internet during inclinate weather.  Hopefully that will come up today.

I will be working on the minute details on the conference today on a spreadsheet so that we don't miss things.  Most likely we will need to map it to a calendar so that we know the last due dates.  I found a way to convert a csv file to a google calendar or ical.  If you're using evolution or google calendar it should work ok.
