General team Conference tasks:

1) contact Jefro of Yocto about invoicing $500 (sri)

2) contact Mike @collabora for invoicing for $2500 (sri)

3) final version of schedule with Collabora speaker (alexandre)

4) Get information from patrick about BoFs registration (nuritzi/sri)

Local Conference Tasks:

1) Review Justin's social media plan (justin/nuritzi/adelia/sri) (sri to share)

2) Reserve 2 bedroom suite at Indigo for SFO engagement team (sri)

3) Review local seating arrangement (all) (sri to send) we will need to vote.

4) Talk with internet provider regarding support if weather is bad (DONE, they are willing to guarantee in writing of no problems)

5) review list of communities that we need to reach out that Teresa looked into (sri to mail out list)

I need someone to talk to vistaprint and figure out what the lead time is for a banner.  I don't want to wait till the last minute.

Upcoming tasks that need a volunteer:

1) Design conference banner and also size

2) call vistaprint and get lead times for printing

3) Design signs for our sponsors and placement

Please put anything else that is required that I missed out on.
