Indeed. If you look at the pictures and logos I've put online, I paid
special attention to that for the ones I uploaded. I was not super
happy when I saw someone just put stuff online without asking how to
make it look right. The page as it is currently makes us look
unprofessional.

Since we're going for a "face of the speaker integrated in the
schedule" approach, we'll crop the pics to show the faces (like I did
for the headlines speakers on the homepage).

We may no need another pic for Jussi, as it will look better once I've
cropped the other ones.

We do need speakers to tell us their affiliations, if any.
