Hey folks! Now that we have board approval the following things needs to be completed today:
* Modify the registration page to remove registration fees and institute a donation page ala GUADEC. (Patrick/Sri)
* Modify the Sponsorship levels to add lower levels and remove the higher level ones. (Sri)
The papers team will be finishing up their papers, so we will start putting them into the schedule, and hopefully we can finish that up by tomorrow as well move Asheesh into something other than invited speaker.
If you have time to do any of the tasks above, and would like to volunteer let me know!
