Zim and (Py)Zim

Zim was reimplemented in Python with the version 0.42. This is of
course a fine choice of implementation language, and zim now supports
non-ascii note and notebook names from the commandline, which is a
very welcome upgrade (since kupfer can now also support that with
Zim).

The current plugin must be updated which I did here:

Can someone confirm this plugin still works with an old (perl-) Zim
version? Please test all actions in the plugin, and all actions
available on Zim page objects.  Testing of the Zim plugin for the new
version is of course also welcome.
