I see that the .po files on the project has a correct syntax and the comments are good placed. So just upload the .po files to Rossetta. In the starts I think would be good to set an Open policy to the Translators Team, In my experience such things as close Teams are valuable if the project is so big that the author or developers team doesn't want or have the time to review the translations. The settings for rossetta are quite easy, looking on the launchpad help would be all you need to do it. If you want you can create the Translation Team and give me Permissions and I would Upload the .po files.
