Litl "rights reserved" in gjs/modules; async.js.

A number of the files in gjs/modules (for example: cairo.js, dbus.js,
tweener/tweener.js) state some variation of "Copyright litl, LLC. All
Rights Reserved".

Usually there's an additional license below, but often it is
associated with another author. For example, tweener.js says, lower
down:

"Licensed under the MIT License

Copyright (c) 2006-2007 Zeh Fernando and Nate Chatellier"

It would probably be best for one of the litl folk to submit a patch
removing the "All Rights Reserved" phrases and more generally
clarifying the terms they are licensing their contributions under (to
match, say, modules/mainloop.c). As it is, the text of the license
does not seem to permit use of the litl-contributed parts.

And while litl is looking at this: modules/promise.js mentions (and
contains hooks for) the async.js module... but async.js never seems to
have made it into the upstream gjs. Could that be fixed?
