I don't have time at the moment to reply to this in detail, but I'd like 
to request that we make comments on this so that we can have a decision 
made by Friday.  Also, Greg is about to send mail with a suggestion for 
reorganizing the current HIG a bit; let's also discuss that and make the 
decision by Friday.
