If you are about to release a new set of tarballs you can revert
4b76a7e10d76b26929425dc8a392bf0cee246b98 and
0d32f60776b98ea360f0c0a452feaea4ae172340 so that webdav
isn't broken for the release. And you can prod the libsoup guys
to review those bugs so we can get this fixed before 3.14 :-)
