Thanks for trying. FWIW I doubt very much that this is a bug in Guppi; the
backtrace simply doesn't make sense in that context. So, I would expect
upgrading your C++ headers or guile or something like that to be the magic
fix. Of course, if you have Guppi working on one machine it's probably not
worth fooling with it.
