Goose 0.0.5 released

I've declared what is in CVS at this moment to be Goose v0.0.5, made a
tarball, and put it in the usual place:

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/guppi/libgoose-0.0.5.tar.gz

We haven't released since October, so a lot is new in this release.
Highlights include:
* The LinearRegression class now supports different types of inference
  about calculated models.
* Bootstrap calculations can now be run multi-threaded.
* Kernel density estimation have been added, with support for multiple
  kernel types.
* All of the special functions have been completely redone, replaced
by code from a PD numerics library (cephes) and split into their own
  library.
* The ASCII import mechanism has been enhanced.
* Many bug fixes.
* Many new bugs. (Thanks to the introduction of lots of experimental
  code.)

BTW, I've tagged this release in CVS with the tag RELEASE_0_0_5. I'm
about to embark on major brain surgery, and it is nice to know that we
can roll back to this point if I really screw things up...
