RE: Protocol for the Tronsmart EZCast?

Thanks Jussi!

To clarify, I would need to set up the media I want to serve on a uPnP share,
then connect that to the device, which can be done in GuPnP AV Control Point gui app?

The instructions showed a way to get Android to mirror its screen, by going in the settings and connecting the dlna device. (Windows 8 has similar settings panel that detected the Tronsmart, but didn't connect.) Do you know if there is a similar setting that works in Ubuntu/other Linux system to display the screen, to show web videos or DVDs?

Best regards,
Luke
