[gugmasters] GUG Switzerland

Hi all.

For those who do not know me yet, my name is Marcus Moeller. I was born 
in Germany and live/work in Switzerland since a few years.

I am a long term GNOME user and contributor and want to set up GUG for 
Switzerland.

As I am also country coordinator for the FSFE in Switzerland, so I got 
good knowledge in setting up and organizing group activities.

In the past I already done a lot of GNOME related events (e.g. a release 
party in Zurich, or a presentation about GNOME 3 for the Ubuntu Swiss 
Team which I just gave yesterday.)

So how could we proceed to make a Swiss GUG happen?
