Preparing the GUADEC website for the video

Hello,

I've been doing some work on the test site at
<http://guadec-test.sonologic.net/index.php/guadec/index> to make sure
we can put the video on the frontpage quickly when we receive it. I've
rearranged things on the frontpage a bit and added a placeholder
video.
What do you think of the layout?

The Flickr photos were removed because I couldn't fit them in
anywhere. Does anyone object?

I've also added a section about the GNOME Developer Training to the
front page to make sure it gets some attention as well.
