[guadec-local] GUADEC date

Hi guys!

Could someone (with a little more knowledge than me) go in and answer this question here: https://mail.gnome.org/archives/foundation-list/2015-January/msg00093.html

I guess we haven't decided on a definite date yet (somewhere in the beginning of August was it?), but some status update for our worried gnomer's would be good.

Also, Andreas could you send out the minutes from our last meeting (or at the least the action points, I need to go over mine and see that I remember correctly).

Regarding venues I've been working on my end a bit and have some leads. I will post info as soon as I have something substantial.
