Hi all, Attached are the instructions for videoing the GUADEC talks. It would be helpful if you could all read them before turning up for your slots, and ask any questions you might have before you begin recording. Please turn up at least 15 minutes before the start of the first talk you're videoing (i.e. at 09:15 or 13:45, depending on whether you're videoing the morning or afternoon) and make yourself known at the registration desk. I've also attached the videoing schedule as it currently stands. We still need more volunteers for Thursday and Friday, so hopefully that can be sorted out tomorrow. Thanks, Philip
