Likely split from the 2 hour AGM of the last years into a separate
session: Updates from translation, marketing, documentation, release
team, etc.


Correct. This is to help keep the overall length of the AGM session
down, while giving more time for the meeting itself. Also, it seems
beneficial to come together at the beginning of the conference to hear
about what everyone has been doing.
