Yes, as the 25th is Bank Holiday, the whole office could be use for this
GNOME activities. The meeting room has a conference system for 30 people
with mics. And it can connect to anywhere by SIP.

The GF board meeting will in the Faculty the 24th so venue could be
reviewed to check anything in advance. We suppose that this meeting will
be in person.

We need the timetables of the meetings too in order to proceed with the
bookings.
