[guadec-list] Input methods integration BoF

Hi,

it seems I just missed the deadline for the BoF proposals. I'd still
like to ask if it's possible to have one about the input methods
integration in GNOME? It would probably be mostly about design issues
but might end up just being a small hackfest.
