I'll put the agenda together for the 16th and send out email this week. I had been hoping to do a meeting on the 9th (a couple of days ago), but things got kind of crazy.

P.S. I'm going to be traveling Feburary 12 through March 15 in places with little/no Internet access, and won't be able to attend any IRC meetings except possibly on February 20. Would somebody be willing to organize the meetings during that time?
