[guadec-list] Minutes for today's GUADEC Plannign Committee meeting

The GUADEC Planning Committee had its first meeting today.  Minutes are

The next meeting is planned in two weeks on June 20th - 14:00 UTC.  This
is the same day as the 2012 Call for Bids deadline.

The GUADEC Planning Committee needs help reaching out to people to
submit bids for GUADEC 2012.  Please let us know if you need any help
or advice in putting together any bids.
