Hey!

My experience in DebConf9 with the Video Team was great and I think
GUADEC should copy their way of work (if not possible in this edition,
in the next one).
What they do is that through a website you can write your name and
select the role* that you want to take in a talk that you are going to
attend.
This way, more people can participate and people don't have to stay for
too long.

I would kindly help, but I still have to do my own plan of talks to
attend so I will write later ;)
