Using the template already available in OCS and a mail that was sent
to me privately, I came up with this:

Congratulations, your submission YYYYYYYY has been accepted for
presentation at GUADEC which is being held from 2010-07-26 to
2010-07-30 at Den Haag.

The schedule for the conference (and hence the time for your talk)
will be announced on 2010-04-26.

Please confirm that you have received this acceptance and can deliver
the presentation by answering this email (reply-all).

To raise awareness about GUADEC and your talk, we'd really appreciate
if you could post a blog entry about it in the next 2 weeks.

I'm not sure if that's how we want to word the "would be nice to blog"
part, and I think we won't have an image for the speakers to use by
the time these emails are sent :-/
