[guadec-list] Registration

Hi all,

I don't really understand the text on the front page. Is it not possible
anymore to register for the event? Is registration even necessary to
attend talks and such? I registered only because I thought I needed to,
but now my friend can't. The text on the front page is pretty unclear as
to whether registration is required to attend.
