�Does Expectnation support retrieval of historical information?

The problem with Drupal is from one year to another, the links
to (lets call 'historical information') gets broken.

For instance, http://2006.guadec.org doesn't respect the semantic
of the previous years.  AFAIU, it's not as easy to do with Drupal.
