Dear all,
	I've set up a wiki page
http://live.gnome.org/GuadecCameraTeam
for those of you who would like to assist with the video at this years
GUADEC event.  The following has already been decided/imposed by
technical constraints
* We are guaranteeing that all keynotes will be videoed,
* Videos will not necessarily be streamed (except perhaps the keynotes),
* Videos will be collected daily onto some external storage device and
uploaded to a torrent tracker at the end of the week (the primary method
of dissemination).

I'd like help with the following
* Defining procedures for the setup and storage of equipment.
* Defining a Free-Software workflow for getting the videos into Theora
files for web distribution (is PiTiVi up to the task?).
* People to operate the camera in each of the three rooms Adrian Boult
Theatre, Recital Hall and the New Lecture Theatre.

Paul: If you could tell me what camera equipment we have hired, or
forward me the details so that I can do the arranging, I'd appreciate
it.
