That's really a good idea, we do the same at http://www.dudesconf.org
because if the name of the participant is in only one side, Murphys Laws
tells that the side with the name is not visible.

Its really nice, attendants appreciated it a lot in Guademy where there
was always fruit, cookies, chocolate and coffe available for free. And
it wasn't really expensive, for 80 persons we expended less than 300€.
