Too much of a headache on the organizers. We're already providing a
place to speak, the recording and archiving -- we should be able to come
up with a decent license that everyone can agree on (and if they don't
agree, they don't present -- these conditions are easier to accept
during the paper proposal process).

That said, it would be nice if the license were known beforehand.
Actually come to think of it a better arrangement would be a "permission
to publish archives of my talk under my copyright with FOO license"
instead of copyright assignment -- there's no real need to assign
copyright if the arrangements are known beforehand.
